ChampPic Privacy Policy

ChampPic ("the app", "we") is a mobile app for tracking casual game days among a group of friends and sharing results. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Data we collect

• Account — email, name, password hash (the password is stored as a PBKDF2 hash; we never store or see it in plain text).
• Google sign-in — if you choose this sign-in method, we receive your email, name, and internal Google account identifier from Google.
• Content you create — group and team names, game day dates, match scores. This content is visible to other members of the same group according to their role.
• Technical session data — a refresh token stored in your device's encrypted system storage (Keychain/Keystore) to keep you signed in to the app.

2. What we do NOT collect

• Photos for the result card. When you pick a photo to share, it's processed entirely locally on your device. The image with the overlaid table/score is composed right on your phone and passed directly to the messaging app or social network you choose through the system "Share" sheet — the photo is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
• Location.
• Contacts from your phone book.
• Data for third-party advertising or analytics — as of the publication of this policy, the app is not integrated with any advertising or analytics SDKs.

3. Why we use your data

Solely to run the app itself: authentication, showing your profile (name, role) to other members of your groups, and storing and displaying game day results.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data is processed by:

• the hosting provider where the app's database is physically located;
• Google — only if you chose to sign in with Google Sign-In.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account yourself in the app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately and irreversibly anonymizes your personal data (email, name, password). If this isn't available for some reason, email outatime.apps@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, an updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
